How far in advance should I book my tour?

For popular destinations during peak seasons, we recommend booking 6-12 months in advance. For off-peak travel or less busy destinations, 3-6 months is typically sufficient. Last-minute bookings are sometimes possible but may have limited options.

What if I need to cancel or modify my trip?

We understand plans can change. Our standard cancellation policy includes a full refund (minus a small administrative fee) for cancellations made 90+ days before departure. Cancellations between 60-89 days receive a 50% refund, and those under 60 days are non-refundable. We strongly recommend travel insurance for all bookings.
